Simple stuff for 6 weeks

After aborting kick-off to finish essays and a bout of the seasonal respiratory/sinus infection, I’ve finally got some time to restart this thing properly.

31 weeks to go.

6 weeks plan – really simple:

Ø  I’m fat - Get weight to 86
o   Sensible eating plan has started

Ø  I’m fragile
o   Small/easy sessions often
o   Massage
o   Anti-inflammatory foods
