What a way to kick this thing off – Day 1 - Upper respiratory tract infection (head cold).
60min in the Gym this morning probably isn’t a key IM training, but felt good getting something done in any case.
On the significant upside, I can’t actually recall a time when my body was as so completely pain free – joints, muscles, tendons, bones – all PERFECT. Six weeks now of gym, glute exercises, fish oil tablets, and that shark’s fin witch doctor stuff seem to be weaving a little magic.
