ARGH !!!!! Calf - blown to bits

Calf blown again. Limping like a warped chair.

Very vEry frustrating.

Monday. Cycle club 35k - good intensity

Tuesday - an run, calf blew. Walk home and off to the pool fr a first morning swim 10 x 100

Wednesday - 30min weights + 60 min tempo ride on ergo

Thursaday - official day of sulking
